Who am I ?

As a high-performance engineer, sports scientist, strength and conditioning coach for professional athletes, and weightlifting coach, I support athletes competing at the highest national and international levels in achieving their performance goals.

As a weightlifting and strength training instructor, I also contribute to the transmission of knowledge related to optimizing athletic performance, developing physical qualities, and understanding human movement.

As a coach, athlete, and club president, I have supported, coached, and participated in over 65 competitions in the last five years. The competitive and federation environment is an integral part of my daily life.

I have trained approximately one hundred athletes, from beginners to those competing at the highest international level, including numerous national athletes; representing nearly 3,000 weeks of individualized training. This field experience, combined with solid scientific expertise, allows me to offer a precise, individualized, and measurable approach to progress in weightlifting and physical conditioning.

Each coaching program is built around a thorough understanding of the athlete's constraints, their environment, their goals, and the specific demands of their sport.
